Okbajji Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. General Terms & Conditions

Okbajji (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between okbajji and each registered member.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. okbajji reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Account Registration

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on okbajji and use its services. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• A government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use okbajji.
• Okbajji employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on okbajji are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions are governed by these terms and conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 5 business days to process, though they are typically completed within 5 minutes.
• If KYC verification has not been completed prior to withdrawal, your payment may be placed on hold.
• Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, okbajji reserves the right to place a hold on payments until the investigation is complete.
• If money laundering or any illegal activity is suspected, the account and associated balance will be frozen and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Okbajji regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: A special bonus on the first deposit is available for new members. To withdraw the bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 10–30x the bonus amount typically applies before a withdrawal can be made. The specific requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Okbajji reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add new conditions to any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

Certain rules must be followed when betting on okbajji. Failure to comply may result in bets being voided or action being taken on your account.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds in effect at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the associated bet will be declared void and the stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, okbajji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting, the account will be permanently closed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbajji platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Using bots, automated software, or any program to place bets.
• Hacking the platform's software or exploiting any vulnerabilities.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Harassing okbajji staff or other users.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Okbajji may temporarily or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances.

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Upon evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• The user submits a request to close their own account.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Before closing an account, okbajji will generally notify the user by email. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
